Industrial Facilities

I have experience designing and delivering a variety of industrial buildings.  This part of my portfolio doesn't include all of the work that I have done due to NDAs.  In addition to what you have here, I also have experience designing various buildings for companies associated with the bourbon industry.

This 17,100 square-foot facility on two levels provides a new home for a growing company serving the meat-packing industry.  With about 5,700 sf of office and break room space, the owner was VERY involved in the design and construction (including having a family member fabricate all the ornamental railings and stairways), achieving an impressive interior that is highly personalized and tuned to provide a spacious and accommodating environment to maximize employee comfort and focus.
Warehouse # 13 provides 90,000 square feet.  It includes multiple loading docks, a 14-foot overhead door, and a masonry bathroom/office block with steel-joist-framed floor/ceilings for a hardened location for inclement weather. This is just one of the multiple warehouses and industrial buildings built by Hilpp Construction for Hilpp Properties in Lebanon and the surrounding communities.  Collaborating with such a seasoned builder of pre-engineered metal structures has led to a streamlined approach to providing maximum return on investment in the hot industrial climate of Central Kentucky.

Completed in 2015 by Isaac Tatum Construction, Inc., this 61,000 square-foot facility (with about 3,000 sf of office space) provided the space this automotive parts manufacturer needed to expand at a convenient location for access to local shipping lanes.
Just completed in 2022, this 30,000+ square-foot addition was built in 2 linked parts (one 20K sf warehouse/manufacturing building and a 10K sf warehouse building).  Hilpp Construction worked lightning-fast to build the pre-engineered steel building additions, which more than doubled the space of the existing facility to help this manufacturer of automotive racing parts keep up with the red-hot demand for their products.
