Residental Facilities

This is my most recent residential project.  Please note that I do not do house plans outside of my work with Willie Martins.  It is not that I don't like to do it; there is just not enough time to focus on this specialty, while meeting the needs of my commercial clients.  If you want a home designed, please see the following page for other local designers who can help you plan your dream home.

Townhomes at Maywood

Designed in collaboration with the designers at Willie Martin's and the experienced builders of C. B. Builders, these groupings of 2 and 3 garden homes are located in Bardstown's premier golf course development.  They provide ample living space (ranging from 1,600 sf one-level units to 3,000 sf in 2-level units), gorgeous views, and the convenience of condominium-style living with all groundskeeping and landscaping provided by the community.
